CIT Sides With Commerce In UAE Nail Spat

Law360, New York (May 5, 2010, 5:54 PM EDT) -- In spite of a challenge from domestic producers, a federal court has upheld a determination by the U.S. Department of Commerce in a targeted anti-dumping duty investigation of certain steel nails from the United Arab Emirates.

The U.S. Court of International Trade on Tuesday entered a judgment in favor of the government in a case brought by Mid Continent Nail Corp., Davis Wire Corp., Maze Nails and Treasure Coast Fasteners Inc.
