Andrew Slips TruePosition Bid For More Damages

Law360, New York (May 5, 2010, 7:41 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to hold Andrew Corp. in contempt or impose additional damages for sales of geolocation systems to T-Mobile USA Inc., even though Andrew was found to have infringed Liberty Media Corp. subsidiary TruePosition Inc.'s patent for the cell phone-positioning product.
