Novartis Nears End Of Its Case In Sex Bias Trial

Law360, New York (May 5, 2010, 6:46 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs are expected to begin calling rebuttal witnesses Thursday in the trial over alleged widespread bias against female sales employees by Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp., with the drugmaker falling just shy of wrapping up with its own list of witnesses Wednesday afternoon.
