Novartis Sex Bias Plaintiffs Draw Ire Over Witness

Law360, New York (May 6, 2010, 5:55 PM EDT) -- A federal judge forcefully rebuked lawyers for plaintiffs in a $200 million gender bias case against Novartis Pharmaceutical Corp. on Thursday after learning that the firm is also representing a witness who spoke of hostile behavior toward female employees, striking part of his testimony.
