EPA Under Fire To Improve Calif. Air Quality Plans

Law360, New York (May 7, 2010, 3:57 PM EDT) -- Community and environmental groups have sued the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for allegedly shirking its Clean Air Act responsibility to crack down on the California Air Resources Board and local air quality control boards for failing to reduce ozone pollution in the Golden State to safe levels.
