Law360, New York (May 7, 2010, 3:17 PM EDT) -- In an American Eagle Outfitters Inc. suit accusing Payless Shoesource Inc. of trademark infringement, breach of contract and false advertising through a line of footwear and bags, a federal judge has for the third time suspended the case while the parties work toward a resolution of the dispute.
