Filmmaker Must Share Ecuador Footage: Chevron Judge

Law360, New York (May 7, 2010, 3:24 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ordered a filmmaker to turn over more than 600 hours of raw footage shot for a documentary on the legal battle between Chevron and native communities in Ecuador that believe the oil giant should pay for environmental damage.
