Photog Sues Smithsonian Over Wounded Knee Pics

Law360, New York (May 7, 2010, 5:43 PM EDT) -- A photographer has accused the Smithsonian Institution and Firelight Media Inc. of copyright infringement over a set of photos of the 1973 siege of Wounded Knee, S.D., which the national research and museum facility gave to Firelight to feature in a documentary.
