Hittite Strikes Deal In Analog's Chip Patent Suit

Law360, New York (May 12, 2010, 4:56 PM EDT) -- Hittite Microwave Corp. has reached a settlement in rival computer chip maker Analog Devices Inc.'s patent infringement suit over integrated circuit technology.

Judge Douglas P. Woodlock of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts dismissed the suit Friday in light of a settlement between the semiconductor companies that put to rest claims that Hittite’s chips incorporate Analog’s converter technology.
