Goldman Says It Expects More Lawsuits

Law360, New York (May 10, 2010, 1:17 PM EDT) -- Goldman Sachs Group Inc. has been hit with a number of shareholder derivative actions and putative securities class actions in the weeks since the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission first struck, and the investment bank said in a regulatory filing Monday that it expects still more.
