Law360, New York (May 10, 2010, 2:14 PM EDT) -- A real estate development group has fired off a malpractice and securities fraud suit against McGlinchey Stafford PLLC, alleging the firm failed to perform an environmental assessment on a piece of property in Louisiana that would have revealed the land was on a World War II-era bombing range.
