China To Appeal Coated Paper Duties: Report

Law360, New York (May 11, 2010, 1:40 PM EDT) -- Chinese trade officials are reportedly planning to lodge an appeal with the World Trade Organization against the U.S. Department of Commerce's preliminary dumping margins on coated paper from China, which have been set as high as 135.8 percent.
