King Wins Preliminary Injunction In Skelaxin Battle

Law360, New York (May 12, 2010, 3:54 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has blocked CorePharma LLC from selling a generic version of King Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s patented muscle relaxant Skelaxin, and King has posted a $12 million preliminary injunction bond pending the outcome of its breach of contract suit.

Notice of the bond, filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, came after Judge Garrett E. Brown Jr.'s May 7 grant of a preliminary injunction in favor of King.
