2nd. Circ. Nixes Nationwide Secrets, ERISA Spat

Law360, New York (May 12, 2010, 3:38 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed the dismissal of a Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. suit accusing several former insurance agents of violating trade secrets laws by retaining policyholder information long after their contracts ended, as well as the agents' counterclaims that the insurer owed them compensation.
