Taifa Hand Truck Duties Remanded To DOC Again

Law360, New York (May 13, 2010, 2:54 PM EDT) -- Finding that the U.S. Department of Commerce did not properly follow instructions to determine whether Chinese hand truck exporter Qingdao Taifa Group Co. Ltd. qualified for its own dumping margin, a judge in the U.S. Court of International Trade has remanded the matter to Commerce for a second time.
