Nissan Anti-Lock Brakes Liability Suit Dismissed

Law360, New York (May 13, 2010, 2:06 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit alleging Nissan North America Inc. erroneously said a model of the Altima was equipped with an anti-lock braking system and delayed telling customers of the mistake.

Judge Todd J. Campbell of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee signed off Wednesday on the stipulation of voluntary dismissal with prejudice between Nissan and plaintiff James Cullen.
