Waste Co.'s Insurance Suit To Be Heard In Ct., Not NJ

Law360, New York (May 13, 2010, 2:12 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit brought against Acstar Insurance Co. by hazardous waste disposal company Clean Harbors Inc. over coverage for a fuel spill cleanup case after finding that the first-to-file rule applies to the dispute.
