IBM Loses Bid To Seize BGC Software In Copyright Fight

Law360, New York (May 13, 2010, 3:20 PM EDT) -- IBM Corp. has lost its bid for an order to seize software at the center of a copyright infringement suit against electronic securities brokerage firm BGC Partners Inc., which contends it is entitled to use the software under a decades-old licensing contract.
