Wal-Mart Confirms High Court Appeal Of Sex Bias Class

Law360, New York (May 13, 2010, 5:12 PM EDT) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. has decided to appeal the certification of a historic sex discrimination case to the U.S. Supreme Court because the recent appellate court ruling is at odds with decisions from other appellate courts, a lawyer for the retailer said Thursday.
