Exxon's Ill. Superfund Claims Allowed To Move Forward

Law360, New York (May 14, 2010, 3:50 PM EDT) -- A federal judge will allow Exxon Mobil Corp. and three other companies responsible for the cleanup of a Superfund site in Illinois to bring direct cost recovery claims against another private party, even though they had earlier sought — and lost — contribution claims against that same party.
