Fed. Circ. Revives Cochlear Implant Patent Dispute

Law360, New York (May 14, 2010, 6:29 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has revived a suit accusing Cochlear Corp. of infringing two patents related to technology for cochlear implants, overturning a lower court's ruling that plaintiff the Alfred E. Mann Foundation for Scientific Research lacked standing to sue after licensing the patents to medical companies.
