Attorney’s Office Loses Top Backdating Prosecutor

Steskal, a seasoned federal prosecutor spearheading the investigations into alleged backdating practices at Apple Computer Inc. and other San Francisco Bay Area technology companies, is jumping ship from his San Francisco post at the U.S. Attorney's Office to join Fenwick & West LLP.
