Energy Drink Importers Infringe Red Bull Marks: ITC

Law360, New York (May 17, 2010, 3:17 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission will let stand an administrative law judge's determination in favor of petitioner Red Bull GmbH in a Section 337 case accusing a slew of companies of importing energy drinks into the U.S. that infringe several trademarks.

The ITC issued an order Friday saying it would not review Administrative Law Judge Paul J. Luckern’s March 31 ruling finding six companies in violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
