Law360, New York (May 17, 2010, 1:01 PM EDT) -- The Australia Competition and Consumer Commission has initiated proceedings against Air New Zealand Ltd. and Japan Airlines International Co. Ltd. for alleged price-fixing in the air cargo industry, bringing the number of airlines named in the ACCC's cartel probe to 15.
