Suits Take Aim At Salazar's Offshore Permitting

Law360, New York (May 17, 2010, 3:29 PM EDT) -- Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar has been hit with two new legal actions alleging that he allowed a BP PLC oil drilling platform to operate without critical safety documents, and that he ignored marine-mammal protection laws when approving offshore drilling operations.
