Fed. Circ. Flexing Its Muscles With En Banc Reviews

Law360, New York (May 21, 2010, 7:58 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is showing a greater willingness to accept intellectual property cases en banc, a sign that the court may be looking to take a more active role in controlling the direction of patent law, according to experts.
