Bayer Must Destroy Docs In Cartel Suit Now: Goodyear

Law360, New York (May 18, 2010, 6:21 PM EDT) -- Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has objected to an order giving Bayer AG more time to destroy discovery documents in Goodyear's antitrust suit over an alleged international rubber cartel while the rubber producer handles conflicting issues in an English court action brought by a third party.
