Pony Express Driver Gets Conditional Cert. In FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (May 20, 2010, 5:47 PM EDT) -- An American Pony Express Inc. taxicab driver has won his bid for conditional certification of a collective action accusing the company of misclassifying its airport drivers as independent contractors and failing to pay them proper wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
