Ex-Galleon Worker's Info Shielded From Rajaratnam

Law360, New York (May 18, 2010, 7:11 PM EDT) -- Galleon Group LLC co-founder Raj Rajaratnam lost a bid in a fraud suit Tuesday to access computers, financial documents and other records pertaining to ex-Galleon employee Roomy Khan, who pled guilty to participating in his alleged $45 million insider trading ring.

Judge Jed S. Rakoff of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York quashed Rajaratnam's requests for Khan-related discovery information in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's suit over his alleged insider trading.
