Mesaba Files Plan Featuring Sale To Northwest

Law360, New York (January 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Bankrupt Mesaba Airlines has made a bid to become a fully owned subsidiary of Northwest Airlines Inc., with the regional carrier revealing its intentions in its much-anticipated reorganization plan filed earlier this week.

On Monday, Mesaba submitted its restructuring proposal to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota, lauding the cooperation of all parties involved.
