Southwest Hit With Suit Over FMLA Leave Deductions

Law360, New York (January 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Want to get away? Southwest Airlines might, now that it has been hit with a proposed class action suit alleging it violated federal law by making too many deductions from leave time employees accrued under the Family Medical Leave Act.
