Huffington Post, Others Hit With Web Ad Patent Suit

Law360, New York (May 21, 2010, 4:35 PM EDT) -- News websites The Huffington Post and, among others, have been accused of infringing an online advertising patent owned by Fowler Woods LLC, which earlier in 2010 settled litigation with several Web-based companies over the same patent.
