Fed. Circ. Revives Epson Projector Patent

Law360, New York (May 21, 2010, 5:23 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has vacated a lower court's decision to invalidate a Seiko Epson Corp. multimedia projector patent asserted against Coretronic Corp., but affirmed findings of invalidity and noninfringement on three other patents in dispute between the parties.
