Admiral Owes SonicBlue D&O Policy Premiums: Judge

Law360, New York (May 21, 2010, 5:24 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ordered Admiral Insurance Co. to return premiums that defunct graphics chip producer SonicBlue Inc. paid under a primary directors and officers liability policy and relieved Old Republic Insurance Co. of this obligation for the excess D&O policy it issued SonicBlue.
