Informiam Seeks $13M In Bonuses From Genesys Merger

Law360, New York (May 24, 2010, 3:09 PM EDT) -- Alcatel-Lucent subsidiary Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories Inc. has been accused of breach of contract for allegedly improperly withholding $13.5 million in bonus payments due to shareholders of Informiam LLC, a company that produced customer service analysis software and was acquired by Genesys in 2007.

According to the lawsuit, filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, nine Informiam shareholders were supposed to receive up to $7.5 million in earnout payments if the company's products yielded certain revenue in 2008 and 2009....
