Firms Bank Over $50M For Lyondell Work

Law360, New York (May 24, 2010, 4:23 PM EDT) -- The professionals who worked on the bankruptcy of Lyondell Chemical Co., which emerged from Chapter 11 a few weeks ago, will take home more than $50 million in fees and expenses for the last four months of 2009, including about $21 million for debtors' counsel Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP.
