Saab Unit Sued Over Army Camouflage Pricing Scheme

Law360, New York (May 24, 2010, 4:33 PM EDT) -- Saab Barracuda LLC has been hit with an antitrust suit by a rival producer of military-vehicle camouflage systems that alleges the Swedish auto giant subsidiary engaged in predatory pricing in an attempt to monopolize the market.

GMA Cover Corp. accuses Saab Barracuda, a subsidiary of Swedish car manufacturer Saab Group, of selling camouflage nets to the U.S. Army at below price to push it out of the market, according to a complaint filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan....
