7th Circ. Revives Chicago Paramedics' FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (May 24, 2010, 4:34 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has breathed new life into a wage-and-hour collective action filed by paramedics against the city of Chicago, ruling that the plaintiffs have the right to proceed with their claims individually.
