7th Circ. Affirms Class In Pella Window Defect Suit

Law360, New York (May 24, 2010, 3:58 PM EDT) -- In a ruling that could clear the way for more consumer fraud class actions, a federal appeals court has affirmed a lower court's decision to certify two classes in a lawsuit alleging Pella Corp. failed to tell customers that millions of its windows are defective.
