DOC Refuses To Recalculate Brazilian Juice Duties

Law360, New York (May 25, 2010, 12:02 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has decided not to recalculate anti-dumping duties on Brazilian orange juice exporter Fischer SA Comercio, Industria and Agricultura following an order from the U.S. Court of International Trade to review the duties.

Ronald K. Lorentzen, Commerce's deputy assistant secretary for import administration, said in a remand determination filed Monday in the CIT that it had complied with the court's order to consider new factual information submitted by Fischer, but that the information didn't warrant changing the duties.
