DOC Assigns Final Dumping Rates To Chinese Salts

Law360, New York (May 26, 2010, 1:07 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has finalized its findings in anti-dumping duty and countervailing duty investigations into potassium phosphate salts imported from China, assigning dumping rates between 69.58 and 95.4 percent and a subsidy rate of 109.11 percent.

The U.S. International Trade Administration announced its final determinations Tuesday, saying U.S. Customs and Border Protection would continue to collect cash deposits or bonds on imports of the salts, which are used in cleaning products, fertilizers and food additives.
