Court Extends Delphi's Exclusivity

Law360 (January 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The court overseeing Delphi Corp.’s Chapter 11 case has extended the bankrupt auto parts maker’s exclusive rights to file and solicit support for its reorganization plan for a third time.

U.S. bankruptcy Judge Robert D. Drain on Tuesday signed off on an order giving Delphi until July 31, 2007 to file its Chapter 11 plan, and until September 30, 2007 to lobby for creditor support.
