Antitrust Counts Nixed In Inmate Medical Services Suit

Law360, New York (May 26, 2010, 2:12 PM EDT) -- A judge has dismissed federal and state antitrust counts brought by Colonial Medical Group Inc. in a suit accusing a rival medical group and a hospital of stifling competition in the market for providing health care services to prison inmates in central California.
