FX Trading Wants CFTC Settlement Enforced

Law360, New York (May 27, 2010, 12:48 PM EDT) -- FX Trading LLC, a firm the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission claimed violated the Commodity Exchange Act, is accusing the regulator of reneging on a $130,000 settlement deal in an effort to reclaim another $140,000 from a disputed life insurance policy.

FX filed a motion to enforce the settlement, which it says the CFTC has indicated it will not honor, in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey on Tuesday.
