Mister Softee Sues Rival Vendor Over Logos, Jingle

Law360, New York (May 27, 2010, 4:07 PM EDT) -- Roving ice cream franchise Mister Softee Inc. has served up an infringement and breach of contract suit accusing a rival ice cream truck business, with the assistance of a former Mister Softee franchisee, of decking out its vehicles with Mister Softee's trademarks, logos and signature jingle.
