Sears Ordered To Pay Reassigned Workers Severance

Law360, New York (May 27, 2010, 5:36 PM EDT) -- A federal judge ruled Thursday that Sears Holding Corp. made it impossible for a class of workers to receive benefits when they transitioned to a Sears home improvement subsidiary, ordering the company to make severance payments to them.
