Law360, New York (May 27, 2010, 7:02 PM EDT) -- Lawyers for bankrupt Saint Vincent's Catholic Medical Centers of New York faced sharp criticism Thursday as they sought to convince a judge to allow them to earmark $1.1 million in retainers for themselves and certain consultants in the event that the estate fails to cover all professional fees.
