Ex-Asst. US Atty Can't Sue DOJ For Benefits: 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (May 28, 2010, 3:51 PM EDT) -- A federal appellate court has affirmed that an ex-assistant U.S. attorney can't sue the Department of Justice to increase the back pay and benefits that the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission awarded him after finding the DOJ responsible for age bias.
