Drywall Class Action In Fla. May Spur More State Cases

Law360, New York (June 11, 2010, 4:03 PM EDT) -- The certification of a class of 152 Florida homeowners in a lawsuit over defective drywall from China — the first certification in a torrent of litigation over the imported boards — sets an important precedent and could pave the way for more state court actions, attorneys say.
