Dow Jones' Factiva Doesn't Infringe Web IP: Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (June 1, 2010, 12:16 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has largely upheld a win for Dow Jones & Co. in litigation over two website patents owned by Ablaise Ltd., affirming the invalidity of one of the patents and dismissing the other for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
